My card today is shared for the Cute Card Thursday Challenge of 'Celebrations'!
I have used an image and patterned paper from the new Beatrix Potter CD's available from Crafter's Companion. I have simply matted and layered onto contrasting card and embellished with ribbon and Dew Drops beneath the topper.
