The challenge this week on the Joanna Sheen Forum was to use some Cork on your card. I had recently purchased some cork sheets from the JS shop and I decided to use an image from the JS Floral Fantasy CD with it. I cut the centre of the frame out and replaced it with a sheet of cork. I then cut the flower from the centre that I had previously put to one side, plus two more images and decoupaged the flower. The flower had been coated in a gloss varnish first, the frame had also been varnished and edged with gold Kyrlon pen. The background is a piece of glossy card stock coloured with a Twinkling H20 wash. Once dry I stamped onto the card using the same colour of Twinkling H20 and an Elusive Image Damask stamp. The Framed flower is mounted 3D over this background piece and embellished with a satin bow.
