The Cute Card Thursday Challenge this week was 'Christmas'. My first Christmas Card!!! I am having a job believing that I have actually made a Christmas card. I am always, always a last minute girl and don't enjoy making them at all. Thank you ladies you have given me an early kick start!
For my card I have printed papers from the Artylicious Season's Greetings CD and used the image of Tilda in winter clobber sitting on a present. The image has been water coloured, her scarf has been embossed with silver sparkle along with the snowflake die cut embellishment. The matting square has been made using white card that I have embossed a few dots on using the Crop-a-dile and some backing paper that has Happy Christmas randomly stamped on it. At the very bottom of this piece is some torn vellum that has been embossed with Holographic embossing powder and held on with silver brads. A Silver organza ribbon is tied around the centre.

Just been having a browse at all the lovely cards I've missed recently. As always they are fab.selection. I'm sorry I don't have time to comment on each one as I'm supposed to be in the garden while the weather's good.I do take a lot of inspiration from your work and appreciate your time in explaining your methods.

This is wonderful, love your Tilda Christmas card and that's amazing as I am not into Christmas cards at all...haven't got any Christmas Tildas but maybe I should buy some as I normally detest making cards for Christmas!!! Go on Wendy....twist my arm LOL!
