The Tilda & Co Challenge this week was - 'Recycling Mothers'. Make a Mother's Day Card and use a recycled item on it.
I have recycled a calico bag that some hand crafted jewellery I bought a while ago was neatly packaged in. I have cut the calico up and frayed the edges. The edges have then been coloured with a purple dye ink. I made an oval and I also tore a strip to pop in the centre of the flower. The greeting is held onto the calico strip using a paper tagger. Tilda has been water coloured.
